From little on whether it was marketing with Parade Floats all the way to Community Involvement ie Snack with Santa, Holiday Walks, Parades, Ribfest - just to name a few... Matthew has been front and center. No job is too big nor too small for Matthew. He has volunteered and worked hard always with that GREAT smile.

So after turning 21 years of age - Matthew has decided to participate actively in the Real Estate Brokerage. Matthew, a recent graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a degree in CMIS (Computer Management Information Systems), has completed his coursework in Real Estate Brokerage and passed his State Exam.

Matthew has worked in the Real Estate Office as the office technology person and assisted in developing and designing the modern offices both in Staunton and in Litchfield. “His out of the box thinking and willingness to change has made our office an active competitor now and for the future.” Dave Cisler stated. Matthew worked in making the Litchfield office virtual during these COVID times allowing our support staff the proper social distancing for their health and safety. Matthew is NOT new to real estate marketing. During high school and college, Matthew worked at Cisler & Associates Real Estate as a marketeer. He is a licensed FAA drone pilot, a Zillow Certified photographer, and captures images of houses in 3D (go to cisler.com to view some of Matthew's masterpieces). Now it is time for Matthew to represent clients in the buyer and selling process.

Matthew will bring to the closing table experience. Attending numerous closings with his father, Dave Cisler Managing Broker of Cisler & Associates Real Estate Inc, has given Matthew the experience to attend his own closings. Matthew also has the skills in market properties, photography, and presentation that can sell homes. Matthew has also attended many negotiation sessions during his time with the real estate office. His training in online marketing, digital signing, and social media will be strengths for any real estate transaction. Matthew is the next generation of Real Estate Brokers. Following his Great Grandfather Stanley, his Grandfather Stanley, his father David, his Uncle Stan - Matthew will be the fourth generation of Cisler's to carry on in Real Estate and have the experience and the support necessary to assist you with your Real Estate!
